One of the reasons I love all things real estate is because I believe that everyone should have a home.

That’s my dream.

And my passion is using all the tools in my toolbelt—not only as a real estate agent and property manager but also as a retired law enforcement officer and philanthropist—to make that dream come true.

What motivates me are my life experiences, including the times my family and I found ourselves homeless throughout my childhood.

Reflecting on those challenges keeps me committed to helping others find homes that are perfect for them.

Over the years, I’ve supported various charities and causes in hopes of helping people find affordable housing.

But the problem was this: I couldn’t always see where my money was going, so I had no idea if it was reaching the people I wanted to help.

Maybe you’ve done the same thing.

 
 
 
 

Perhaps you’ve generously donated to a cause or even given money to a homeless person on the street in hopes of helping them.

But in reality, you didn’t know if your contribution was really giving them the help they needed.

Or maybe you run a church, agency, organization or business, and you’ve wanted to work with someone focused on helping people get housing so they can improve their lives.

But you haven’t found a partner that aligns with your mission and produces results that you can see.

I know that feeling of wishing you could see your donations in action and feel assured that you’re part of a targeted solution.

 
 

And that’s why I created the Haves & Have Nots Housing Program.

 
 

Our innovative program manages temporary housing—sustainable, affordable homes—for people displaced by a natural disaster, violent crime, domestic violence, homelessness, and mental illness.

 
 

How it Works

 
  • We work with our fantastic clients and generate sales from our CCPMF services, including our rental property management and real estate concierge services

  • We take a portion of our profits from all CCPMF services—at no additional cost to our clients—and designate it for our Haves & Have Nots Housing Program funds

  • Once our program funds meet the budget for a new project, we use those funds to help manage, build, restore, or create temporary housing solutions for those who need it the most

 
 

And we don’t do this incredible work alone. We partner and work alongside local charities, investors, law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and the federal government to successfully create and manage innovative housing solutions that meet the needs of the people we serve.
